2 Dix Hills Homes Burglarized

DIX HILLS, NY — Two Dix Hills homes were burglarized in the span of two days, Suffolk police said.

A Dix Hills Highway house was broken into at 3 p.m. Saturday, and jewelry was stolen, police said. The living room window had been pried open, police said.

A Cass Street home was burglarized at 5:40 p.m. Friday, and cash and jewelry were stolen, police said. The back door to the home was forced open and the door jam was broken, police said.
