DAY OF PRINTMAKING!: HECKSCHER MUSEUM & ALLI COLLABORATE
An Inspiring Museum Tour at Hecksher Museum and Afternoon Workshop at Art League of Long Island

Join Art League of Long Island’s Artist/ Teacher Stephanie Navon Jacobson, for a day of printmaking inspired by the exhibition at the Heckscher Museum: Graphic Appeal: Modern Prints from the Collection and James Rosenquist: Tripartite Prints.
Begin the day at 10:30 am at the Heckscher Museum for a tour and discussion; bring your sketchbook to record your inspiration from prints on display by artists such as Romare Bearden, Roy Lichtenstein, Henry Moore and more! Break for lunch at 11:45 am and then make your way to the Art League (15 minutes travel time) by 12:45 to participate in a hands-on printmaking workshop! Day ends at 4:30 pm.
Stephanie Navon Jacobson has exhibited in galleries and museums in the U.S. and internationally; her work is in the permanent collections of Queensborough Community College, New York University School of Law, the American Paralysis Association and private collections throughout the U.S., Canada, Norway and Israel.
The Heckscher Museum of Art is located at 2 Prime Ave, Huntington, NY. (ALLI and Heckscher have a reciprocal Membership program: ALLI members receive free entrance to the Museum and Heckscher members receive the member discount on class and workshops at ALLI.)
