Dix Hills FD To Host Recruitment Fair Next Weekend

DIX HILLS, NY - The Dix Hills Volunteer Fire Department invites community residents to attend their Recruitment Fair next weekend.

The event will take place on Sunday, April 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Dix Hills Fire Headquarters at 115 East Deer Park Road, just north of the Northern State Parkway.

Attendees can learn how to train to become a firefighter or Emergency Medical Technician.

All training is provided free of charge. Officers and members will be on hand to explain the process and answer any questions.
