Driver Charged With DWI In Melville Crash That Hurt 3: Police

The two-car crash occurred on Friday night.

A man was arrested for DWI after police say he was involved in a crash that injured three people in Melville on Friday night.

David Graziani, 41, of Pasadena, California, was driving a 2015 Lincoln when he was involved in a collision with another vehicle on Old Country Road near New York Avenue at approximately 8:30 p.m., police say.

Two adults and one teenager sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to Plainview hospital by the Melville Rescue Squad. The Melville Fire Department and Suffolk County Police responded to the crash.

Melville firefighters and rescue personnel were on the scene with two ambulances, a heavy rescue truck and s paramedic unit. All units were under the direction of Assistant Chiefs Chris Nolan and David Kaplan.
