“We are pleased that Estée Lauder has chosen to lease space in our building,” said TedWeiss, CEO of T. Weiss. “We are certain that that the company will benefit from the convenient location of our building in the heart of the Melville business district and that its employees will enjoy our building’s amenities, including the restaurant and health club.”
The lease, completed against a backdrop of a challenging business environment, “was made possible by our location and our ability to compete financially with other buildings,” said Ted Weiss, noting that his company, in 2010, leased more space than in any other year in its 42-year history.
