It’s Tee Time at the Melville Marriott
Tuesday, March 13th
Melville (February 2012) – If you enjoy playing golf and the activities associated with the popular sport, then join your friends and colleagues at the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA-LI) “Tee-Off Party and Sponsor Expo,” a fun-filled evening of festivities and networking. The event, hosted by EWGA’s Long Island chapter, will be held on Tuesday, March 13th at the Melville Marriott, 1350 Old Walt Whitman Road, Melville, from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
The annual event, which attracted over 400 guests last year and has been a tradition for the past thirteen years, will feature sponsor/exhibitor tables, and includes dinner, an open bar, networking, and prizes. It will offer an opportunity to get to know other women who have a passion for the game of golf and who enjoy meeting and networking with others. The purpose of the event, pointed out Susan Pickering, President of the EWGI-LI, is to “bring together old, new, and prospective members and inform beginners, intermediate and advanced players about the leagues, clinics, golf outings, and educational seminars offered in the 2012 season.”
