Hills Hawks Crush the Crush 10-0 in Little League Baseball

Half Hollow Hills Little League baseball dominated in the conclusion of fall baseball.

It is often said that offense wins games, and defense wins championships. This was the case  with the 11-year-old Hills Hawks ( HHH Hawks 12-2) vs the Hills Crush (HHH Crush 9-4-1) for the Gold Championship game.

The Hills Hawks were the home team, and took the field. Brad Camarda took the mound, and did a superb job of throwing strikes. The Crush put the ball in play, but the Hawks great  defense made the plays. It was three up and three down.

"HHH Hawks have played together long enough now that the boys are playing for each other instead of the coaches or themselves. It is wonderful to watch," said Casey Alexander, one of the coaches for Steve Barone, the manager.
