Man Stole Credit Card In Melville, Used It: Police
The man stole keys from a gym locker and used them to open a car and take the card, police say.

MELVILLE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said used a credit card stolen from a parked vehicle in Melville.
A man stole keys from a locker at Planet Fitness, at 25 Ruland Road, Melville, and then used the keys to enter a vehicle and steal a wallet around 6 p.m. Feb. 20, police said. The man, who drove away from the fitness center parking lot in a dark-colored four-door sedan, later used a credit card from inside the wallet to make a purchase of $620 at Target in Farmingdale, police said. He is wanted for grand larceny.

A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
