Motorcyclist Killed In Collision: Police
The motorcyclist collided with another motorcyclist, causing him to lose control and crash in a wooded area: police.
DIX HILLS, NY — A motorcyclist was killed in Dix Hills Friday evening after he and another motorcyclist collided, Suffolk police said.
Andrew Parisi, 20, of Farmingdale, was driving a 2018 Yamaha westbound on Express Drive North, east of Exit 51, when he collided with a 2007 Honda motorcycle being rode by Nikolas Manitaras, 20, of North Massapequa, at 6:35 p.m., police said. Parisi lost control of the Yamaha and crashed into the wooded area nearby, police said.
Parisi was transported to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Manitaras was not injured.

Both motorcycles were impounded for safety checks. Police ask anyone with information about the crash to call the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
