New Library Being Built In Dix Hills

HALF HOLLOW HILLS, NY — A brand new library is coming to Dix Hills.

The new library is being built from the ground up, and is located at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway, Dix Hills, the library told Patch.

"Our new 21st Century library will serve the vast needs of residents of Half Hollow Hills," stated the library's director, Helen Crosson, via press release. "The generosity from Assemblyman Stern will have a tremendous impact on the construction of the Half Hollow Hills Community Library for generations to come."

The library's temporary location is at Chestnut Hill Elementary School.
