Police Seek Man Who Damaged Police Car in Huntington Station

He is wanted for criminal mischief.

Police are looking to identify the man who damaged a marked Suffolk County Police car in Huntington Station on Oct. 4.

According to authorities, the man broke the rear windshield of the police car when he threw a rock over the fence of A-1 Award Transmissions, located at 150 West Jericho Turnpike, at around 9:55 p.m. The car was at the location for repairs.

The man is wanted for criminal mischief.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
