June was another busy time for buyers and sellers in the Triangle, Melville!

Housing market in the Triangle, South Huntington School District for the month of June 1, to June 30, 2015

Currently there are 15 houses on the market in the Triangle. They are priced from $349,000 to $729,000.

One house has closed in June. 66 Bushwick St. A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Colonial full basement. Asking price was $499,000. The house closed at $485,000

There were two houses that went under contract.

14 Alderfield Ln. a three bedroom, two bath split with part basement. Asking: $625,000

6 Kotefield Ct. a three bedroom, three bath split with full basement. Asking :$649,900
