Welcome to the home of the Spartans Basketball League! The league was created to provide athletes with friendly competition combined with professional training. This allows players to have fun and also learn and improve their skills. No other Long Island league offers the combination of training, games and practices in a climate-controlled, state of the art facility.
We believe that learning the proper form and techniques are important components to a fun and efficient playing environment. Spartans Basketball League, we provide professional trainers to assist with the team's practices so each player will continue to improve.
