W. Babylon Man ID'ed as Victim in Fatal Motorcycle Crash

Police say a West Babylon man was killed Friday morning when he crashed his motorcycle into the another vehicle in Stony Brook.

The accident occurred at about 8 a.m. on on Health Sciences Drive near Stony Brook University Hospital.

The motorcyclist Jason Ross, 36, was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The driver of the other vehicle, whom police did not identify, was not injured.

Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
