Teen Grabbed At Harlem Subway Station, Police Say

The perpetrator is still on the loose, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A 17-year-old girl was grabbed by the buttocks at a Harlem subway station last week, and the perpetrator is still on the loose, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, the teenager was walking up the stairs at the 110th Street Cathedral Parkway subway station on Feb. 25 at 2:50 p.m. when a man approached her from behind.

The man grabbed the victim's buttocks, left the station and then ran away, police said.

Police said the incident is under investigation, but that no arrests have been made yet.

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect, who was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and brown boots.

Police said anyone with information regarding the forcible touching incident can call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
