On Saturday at 5:13 p.m. at 124 East 116th St., a 22-year-old man was "acting erratic" and had difficulty breathing, police said. Police did not say what led up to the arrest.
The man was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
