HARLEM, NY — City officials have ordered a neighborhood restaurant on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard near West 123rd Street to close for racking up 14 violations during a health inspection, records show.
Sea to Soul, a seafood and soulfood takeout and dine-in restaurant located at 2058 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., was ordered to close on Tuesday after inspectors reported rats, mice, roaches, and improper food safety controls, according to publicly available city records.
The closure comes after the restaurant was cited for 56 violations the week prior.
