Missing Woman With Dementia Sought In Harlem: Police

HARLEM, NY — New York City authorities are searching for a missing woman with dementia in Harlem.

Thelma Forbes, 78, was last seen at 3 p.m. Thursday on Saint Nicholas Avenue (police did not give a cross-street). Forbes is considered a vulnerable missing adult and may need medical attention.

Forbes was last seen wearing a black and beige dress, white hooded sweatshirt, black shoes and a black cap. She is described as 5 foot 5 and 160 pounds.
