2-Lane Closures on I-684, Monday and Tuesday

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 29 and March 1, the left and center lanes of southbound Interstate 684, between Exit 3 (Route 22) and Exit 1 (Interstate 287), are expected to be closed.

Weather permitting, crews will be performing maintenance duties.

State transportation officials ask drivers to use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to flaggers and all traffic control devices, including signs.

Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. And, with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of your license.
