Fit4All

Fit4All is a 7,500-square-foot gym with all the amenities of a commercial facility—minus the crowds. Unlike other gyms in Westchester NY, our space is located in one of the area’s premier corporate parks and welcomes kids and adults, both neurotypical and neurodivergent, in a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Spacious locker rooms offer five showers and plenty of day lockers. Whether working out solo, with a friend or trainer, or in a group, it’s a supportive fitness destination for everyone.

Our mission is to ensure everyone can experience the social, physical, and mental benefits of exercise. Owned and operated by Carmine LaManna, Denise Groothuis, and Charles DeFrancesco, Fit4All is driven by a dedicated team of trainers who work together to promote the lifelong value of physical activity for adults and children alike.
