Car Smashes Into Bus Stop In Harrison
The driver had run away by the time police got there.

HARRISON, NY — A car smashed into a bus stop and utility pole on Westchester Avenue on Saturday afternoon. Harrison police responded to the scene at 4:30 p.m. and found the car abandoned.
They, White Plains police and Westchester County police looked for a suspect in the area unsuccessfully.
However, four hours later, they arrested Jesus Cano at his home in Yonkers. The 27-year-old faces charges for aggravated DWI, DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and unreasonable speed.

He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in town court Jan. 9, 2018.
