Charged with Driving While Impaired After Being Stopped for Speeding
A Bridgeport CT woman faces charges in Harrison NY.

Toccara S. Young of Bridgeport CT is due in Harrison Town Court April 28 to answer several charges stemming from a traffic stop Saturday on I-95.
At about 11:38 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle for speeding; and said they found the driver of the vehicle to be impaired by drugs and in possession of a marijuana blunt less than 1 gram.
Young was transported and processed at SP New Rochelle where she was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert. She submitted to a blood draw to determine the drug content in her blood. Young was charged with:
