Due in Court on Child Porn Charge

Scott Portugal, 37, of 41 Marion Ave. in Harrison, is due in court Sept. 15 to answer charges of possessing and promoting obscene performance by a child.

He was arrested in April after an investigation by the High Technology Crime Bureau of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.

The complaint specifies three images, two of which he is alleged to have shared by uploading them to his Google Plus Photos account. He shared the second and third from a computer at 44 Purchase St. in Rye, the DA’s office alleged.
