Federal Prosecutors: West Harrison Man Accused of Real Estate Investment Scam

The scam involved investments in phony properties in Atlantic City and the Bahamas.

Disbarred attorney Pasquale Stiso, 52, of West Harrison is being accused of working with a partner in an alleged real estate investment scam where 15 people were cheated out of a combined $3.4 million, according to The Star-Ledger.

Stiso and Glen Rock, NJ, resident Paul Mancuso, 46, convinced the victims to invest in phony real estate deals on supposed properties in Atlantic City and the Bahamas, dating back to 2009, New Jersey federal prosecutors allege.

Both men face conspiracy and wire fraud charges.
