In addition to the welcome address from Dr. Wool, Superintendent Conference Days include professional development for faculty and staff. Preparations for the school year also include a number of changes in the COVID-19 protocols that will help sustain in-person instruction as outlined in the 2021-22 Opening Plan.
Dr. Wool reminded everyone, “I cherish the opportunity to bring all of us together on opening day to share a message of thanks and to deepen our understanding and commitment to the work we do together on behalf of children; the six in-person presentations remind us that while we are not there yet, we continue to make progress towards the world we once knew.”
