HARRISON, NY — Residents hit the polls and voted for various local positions. The most highly contested race was for Receiver of Taxes. Here are unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections.

Westchester County legislator District 5 - Benjamin Boykin II ran unopposed.

- David B Gelfarb - 48 percent
- Nancy E Barr - 52 percent
Westchester County legislator District 7
- Catherine F Parker - 66 percent
- Norman S Rosenblum - 34 percent
Harrison
Harrison Council/Trustee (vote for 2) - Richard M Dionisio far outpaced his opponents; Frank D Gordon had a 1 percentage point lead over Marlane A Amelio with absentee ballots not counted.
Harrison Receiver of Taxes - Michele Giordano won 47 percent of the vote; her nearest opponent was Maria Mioli Pennella with 42 percent of the vote, far outpacing Helen Pesce and Rosa Mastrogiacomo-Luongo
