Harrison Man Charged with DWI on I-95

HARRISON, NY – At 2 a.m. April 28, State Police stopped a vehicle on I-95 for a traffic violation in a work zone.

The trooper concluded the driver of the vehicle, Joseph R. Martin, 48, of Harrison, NY, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP New Rochelle, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18 percent. He was subsequently charged with:

  • Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor

Martin was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on May 10.
