Harrison Resident in University of Rhode Island Theatre Department Production

Christopher Morris plays Duke Frederick in "As You Like It."

The University of Rhode Island Theatre Department is proud to present “As You Like It,” by William Shakespeare.

Harrison resident Christopher Morris is playing Duke Frederick.

Shakespeare’s pastoral comedy was first published in 1623 and remains a favorite among modern audiences, having been adapted for radio, film and musical theatre. The play centers on Rosalind, who flees persecution in her uncle’s court while accompanied by her cousin Celia and Touchstone, the court Jester, to find safety and love in the Forest of Arden.
