Harrison School Budget Vote Results

Residents went to the polls today.

Harrison school district residents approved the $110,033,382 spending plan handily, by 1,264 yes votes to 372 no votes.

The tax levy increase is expected to be only 0.9% over the 2015-16 school budget.

This budget includes two additional elementary fifth grade classes and extended hours at the high school. The Harrison Board of Education has more information on the budget here.
