LMK Carnival Raises Money for Hudson Valley Make-A-Wish

Louis M. Klein Middle School students and faculty raise $4500 to help others

The students and teachers of Louis M. Klein Middle School used their fun-filled Winter Carnival to raise money for the Hudson Valley chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The 8th grade class, with student representative Jack Di Lorenzo, presented a check for $4,501 dollars to the charity at their Spring Concert.

The Louis M. Klein Middle School has been hosting a Carnival for the past seven years and all money collected and gift baskets donated by teachers, staff, administrators, and parents that are auctioned have been donated to specific charities each year.

Over the seven years, LMK has been proud to have raised approximately $35,000 for worthwhile causes.
