LMK Sixth Annual Carnival Benefits Guiding Eyes for the Blind

The students of Louis M. Klein Middle School host a carnival to raise money for worthy local causes

The LMK Student Council hosted its Sixth Annual Carnival and was dedicated to raising money for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. Guiding Eyes for the blind is an organization that raises and trains guide dogs for the visually impaired.

More than 250 students attended the carnival, and enjoyed playing a variety of carnival games, engaged in a Ping Pong tournament, participated in a dance competition, played family feud, and took photos with friends in our photo booth. The LMK faculty, administration, and staff generously donated gift baskets to help raise money for this worthy cause.

In total, the carnival raised $5,000 for the charity! Over the past six years, LMK Student Council has raised more than $30,000 for a variety of charities and organizations.
