Parent-Loss Support Group

The death of a loved parent can cause symptoms of anxiety, depression and overwhelming sadness. A support group can help.

Participation in a support group has been shown to be a valuable tool for managing grief associated with the loss of a parent. In this group, adult members who have lost a parent, will be brought together in an atmosphere of safety to share the experience of their loss.

• The group meets on Monday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00

• Meetings start on March 16th and end on May 11th
