Pet Rescue Celebrates More Than 3 Decades Helping Animals

A recent gala at the Fountainhead in New Rochelle celebrated more than 30 years of working with rescued dogs and cats.

Pet Rescue, headquartered in Harrison, held its 13th annual fundraising event March 4 and was attended by hundreds of animal lovers, organizers said.

Pet Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue organization founded in 1982. Since the beginning, the organization has rescued more than 15,000 animals.
