Port Chester Man Charged After 3AM Rollover in Harrison on I- 287
A passenger was injured.

A woman was ejected and injured when a car going east on I-287 Nov. 30 hit the center barrier and flipped over it into the westbound side.
The accident occurred at about 3 a.m., near Exit 10 in Harrison, state police said.
Police identified the driver as Marco T. Aguirre-Aguirre, 34, of Port Chester.

They said he was driving eastbound when he lost control of the vehicle and struck the center barrier, causing the vehicle to roll over and cross into the westbound lanes, coming to rest in the left lane on the westbound side.
A 25-year-old in the car was partially ejected and suffered serious lacerations. She was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening but serious injuries.

Aguirre-Aguirre failed field sobriety tests at the scene and was transported to the State Police barracks in New Rochelle, where he provided a breath sample of 0.15 percent BAC, police said.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated; second-degree vehicular assault, a felony; and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations.
He is due in Harrison Town Court Dec. 9
