Purchase College Named One of Top 10 for Playwriting
The College's playwriting program was praised for unique opportunities and excellent faculty members.
Purchase College was recently named one of the Top 10 Colleges for Playwriting by College Magazine, which singled out the College's award winning alumni and faculty. The article praised the program for providing a wide range of opportunities for students to produce and showcase their work in the state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center on campus, in addition to other venues. Playwriting students also have the unique advantage of collaborating with students from the nationally acclaimed Conservatory of Theatre Arts on productions throughout the year.
