Battle Green Vietnam: The 1971 March on Concord, Lexington, and Boston is Lemire’s third book.

Professor of Literature Elise Lemire appeared on C-SPAN 2’s American History TV to discuss her latest book, Battle Green Vietnam: The 1971 March on Concord, Lexington, and Boston, which explores the 1971 anti-war protest by the New England chapter of Vietnam Veterans Against the War, which resulted in the largest mass arrest in Massachusetts history.
