Ride Bikes For Fun, Fundraiser In Harrison

Sign up now for the annual Hudson Valley Bike Rides and pick casual or more intense routes.

HARRISON, NY — Cycle enthusiasts and casual bikers alike will meet on the campus of Purchase College Sept. 30 for the annual Hudson Valley Bike Ride of the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services.

The Bike Ride will offer three different options through the picturesque roads of Upper Westchester: 20- and 62-mile courses, starting at 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., respectively, for more experienced riders, and a 10-mile course, starting at 10:45 a.m., for families and casual riders. Snacks and beverages will be provided at rest stops, and after the ride, participants will enjoy a celebratory barbecue, massages and more.

NOTE: RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETS.

Registration Time: 6:00-6:50 a.m.

Ride Start: 7:00 a.m.

Registration time: 9:30-10:30 a.m.

REGISTRATION: Advance registration is recommended, but not required. Registration fees, which are considered donations, are $125/Adults, $50/Children 10 - 17. Register at https://www.hudsonvalleyride.org/.

The event is expected to raise $650,000 for the Jewish Board’s health and human services programs for individuals of all backgrounds, which help 43,000 New Yorkers of all religious, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds each year who live throughout the five boroughs and Westchester.
