The New York State Police conducted a six hour speed enforcement detail Tuesday on Interstate 684 in Westchester County. During the detail, Troopers issued a total of 68 tickets. 49 tickets were for speeding, 4 tickets were for seatbelt violations, 1 ticket for a cell phone violation, and 14 tickets for other VTL violations.
