HARRISON, NY — State police from Troop K said they removed 19 impaired drivers from the roads Nov. 2-4. Among those accused was a White Plains resident stopped on I-684. On November 4, State Police from SP Somers arrested Juan D. Aveiro, 35, of White Plains, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Harrison, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
