State Police Pull Car Over in Harrison for Speeding, Make DWI Arrest
The New Rochelle woman was clocked at 85 mph on I-684, state police said.
Larisa Y. Voronina, 42, of New Rochelle, NY, faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated.
State police stopped Voronina on Interstate 684 in the Town of Harrison for speeding just after 2AM Nov. 18. Police said she was doing 85 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Police said investigation revealed signs that she was intoxicated. A test produced a BAC of 0.15 percent.

Voronina was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to Harrison Town Court Nov. 25, police said.
