That's Why They're Not Allowed: Truck on the Hutch Hits Scarsdale Overpass

At 1:40 p.m., a tractor trailer driving on the Hutchinson River Parkway collided with a bridge on Mamaroneck Road near Exit 22, scattering pallets and boxes across the highway and shutting down the parkway's southbound lanes.

Crews were dispatched to the scene to clean up the roads and re-open traffic. All lanes have been subsequently re-opened, but the Mamaroneck Road entrance ramp to the Hutchinson River Parkway will remain closed until further notice.

No injuries have been reported.
