Westchester and Manhattanville Colleges Sign Student Transfer Agreement
Westchester Community College and Manhattanville College have signed a credit transfer agreement that provides students with a new pipeline

Purchase, NY April 6, 2016 -- Westchester Community College and Manhattanville College have signed a credit transfer agreement that provides students with a new pipeline to bachelor’s degree studies. The agreement between the two colleges was announced at a press conference on the Valhalla campus of Westchester Community College on Tuesday, March 29.
Under the new partnership, all of Westchester Community College Associate of Arts (A.A.) and Associate of Science (A.S.) degrees are now acceptable for transfer articulation to Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts program in the School of Arts and Sciences at Manhattanville College. A number of Westchester Community College Programs are also acceptable for articulation to the Adult Accelerated Bachelor of Science program in the School of Business at Manhattanville.
Applicants successfully completing the articulated WCC programs in the Associate in Arts or Associate in Science with a 2.5 or better grade point average who have not matriculated at any other institution of higher education will be guaranteed transfer admission to the School of Arts and Science at Manhattanville College. In addition, students ages 21 and above who meet the same criteria will be guaranteed transfer admission to the adult/accelerated programs in the School of Business at Manhattanville College.

In addition, Manhattanville announced that it will offer a number of
WCC Pathways Transfer Scholarships to students transferring to the institution from Westchester Community College, including three half-tuition scholarships per year to eligible WCC graduates.
“This partnership will help our graduates achieve a seamless transfer to Manhattanville College” says Dr. Belinda S. Miles, President, Westchester Community College. “This is an important agreement which focuses on student success. We are always pleased to build new bridges toward four-year institutions and to assist our students in moving on toward advanced degrees.”
