WESTMED to Open Fifth Office on the 'Platinum Mile'

County and local officials will join with Simone Development, Fareri Associates and WESTMED Medical Group May 13 to celebrate the grand opening of WESTMED’s new medical office building at Purchase Professional Park.

The building, WESTMED’s fifth full service office in Westchester County, is the first new office building to be built on the I-287 “Platinum Mile” in more than 25 years.

The 85,000 square-foot state-of-the-art building at 3030 Westchester Ave. was developed by Simone Development and Fareri Associates, owner/manager of the Purchase Professional Park.
