As Executive Project Manager, Serpe currently manages the $15-million historic restoration of the landmark Pier A in Manhattan, the oldest surviving pier in New York City which aims at LEED Silver rating; the 60,000-square-foot, $8.4-million, LEED-Platinum-targeted Battery Park City Community City Center, also in Manhattan; the $24-million, extensive renovation and capital improvement program at the Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology in Queens, NY; the $5.2-million Emergency Department expansion at the Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, NY; and the on-call Construction Management assignment for the 760,000-square-foot CA, Inc.’s Global Headquarters in Islandia, NY.
