At Auction: Motor Parkway Office On the Block

The two-building office property at 330 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge will hit the auction block on April 2, according to a posting on LoopNet by Auction.com.

Buyers will be able to bid on a $19.1 million non-performing loan that has been secured by the property, which sits on 8.7 acres.

The opening bid will be $2 million.

The purchase would also make the buyer the landlord for the restaurant that occupies space on a 1-acre plot nearby.
