Bryan Karp of RE/MAX Eastern Properties Receives RE/MAX Community Citizenship Award
Bryan has been involved in several philanthropic activities

Bryan Karp, of Lake Grove, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at RE/MAX Eastern Properties in Ronkonkoma, is the recipient of the 2017 New York Region’s Community Citizenship Award. Bryan has been involved in several philanthropic activities including the Karp Family “community movie night,” an event that raised just over $7,000. The funds were used to assemble and donate over 200 “sweet cases/duffel bags” for Hope for Youth, provider of residential care, foster care, preventive and outpatient programs located in Amityville, New York. Bryan is also a board member of the Stony Brook University Touchdown Club, an organization that does fundraising for Stony Brook athletics and Stony Brook football.
“Bryan is a big-hearted person who is well regarded for his charitable undertakings and generous support of sports activities at Stony Brook University. He is most deserving of the RE/MAX Community Citizenship Award,” said RE/MAX Eastern Properties Broker/Owner Diane Aversano.
“I appreciate the recognition RE/MAX has given me. It is very humbling to see young people benefit from the fun-filled fundraising activities that I have created. I am a strong believer in supporting nonprofit groups with programs that help children to improve their self-esteem and general well-being,” said Bryan Karp.

Bryan has been working in the real estate field for nine years and has been with RE/MAX for seven years. In the past he has received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Platinum Awards which are a reflection of his home sales productivity.
“My business at RE/MAX Eastern Properties is what I focus on every day. I love my work and working with people to find the homes that they want and solving their problems. I am lucky to be able to work in an ever-changing business and serve the communities of Holtsville, Hauppauge, Ronkonkoma and Lake Grove and beyond.
