C.R. Trop Purchases Warehouse In Hauppauge Industrial Park

Vaccuum parts distributor purchases 32,500-square-foot facility on Oser Avenue.

C.R. Trop, a vacuüm parts distributor, purchased a warehouse building within the Hauppauge Industrial Park.

C.R. Trop purchased a 32,5000-square foot industrial facility at 75 Oser Ave from The Hampshire Companies, a private full-service real estate firm based out of Morristown, N.J. Commercial real estate agent Richard Cohen, based in Hauppauge, represented The Hampshire Companies in the transaction.

“It's premier location within Hauppauge Industrial Park made 75 Oser Avenue an appealing investment for C.R. Trop,” said John Dalton, an asset manager of The Hampshire Companies. “The building’s proximity to major area highways, high ceilings, and dual loading docks provided the added convenience the buyer was looking for."
