Driver Crashes Into Suffolk County 7-Eleven, Flees

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – Police are searching for a white car, possibly a Nissan Altima, that slammed into a 7-Eleven in Suffolk County early Wednesday morning.

Police say the car crashed into the glass door of the 7-Eleven store located at 70 W. Suffolk Ave. in Central Islip around 3 a.m. The driver fled the scene before police arrived.

There were no injuries reported and damage to the store was minor, police said.
