Long Island Greenbelt Trail presents Sunken Meadow Ramble

All are welcome on this scenic walk on the boardwalk in the state park at the north end of our Long Island Trail; from L.I.E. Exit 53, go north on Sagtikos Pky., which becomes Sunken Meadow Pky.; continue to end at the park and follow signs for Field 4; meet at far end of field, near picnic area; rain, heavy snow or icy conditions cancels; facilities are available.

Sat. Mar. 10 – 3 miles – easy – flat

Sat. Mar. 17 - 4.5 miles – easy – hills

Sat. Mar. 24 – 4 miles – moderate – hills
