Ferraro Named Ronkonkoma Regional Branch Office Manager with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. is pleased to announce that Katherine Ferraro has been named branch office manager of the Ronkonkoma Regional office. William “Bill” McCartney who was previously the branch office manager of the Ronkonkoma office, has been named branch office manager of the Huntington Regional office.

Ferraro began her real estate career in 2001 as an agent and has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker since 2003. She enjoyed a very successful career in sales as a top producer, winning multiple awards. Her expert skills and sales accomplishments earned her recognition and the attention of senior leadership. In 2013, she was named branch office manager of the Mount Sinai Regional office.

Throughout her sales career, Ferraro was honored by Coldwell Banker with the International Diamond Society Award (2006), International Sterling Society Award (2004-05) and Prestige Award (2003) in addition to being named Top Associate for Gross Commission Income in the Smithtown Regional office for 2012. Dedicated to her professional development, Ferraro earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Buyer Representative designations and Real Estate Short Sale Professional certification. She is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors®, New York State Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.

A resident of Ronkonkoma, Ferraro is an active volunteer of Pet Peeves, Inc., Long Island Cares, Inc., The Sato Project and United Veterans Beacon House. She enjoys spending time with her twin grandsons and three dogs in her spare time.
